Group Classes
Our group classes are designed to get you moving, work up a bit of a sweat and most importantly have fun - perfect for those who find motivation working out with other people! The group classes are designed to specifically to be done by all abilities - and we can work with you based on any current limitations to make sure you still get a good workout in!
Classes are held indoor, outdoor and online and all classes are conditioning and fitness focused while working your whole body in each class. Every single class can be done by anyone, so don’t worry if you miss one, or just want to drop into a single class to try it - we’d love to have you!
If you come to our classes ready to put in the effort, our aim is that you leave with a smile on your face, having done a great workout, and have met a couple of new people to go with it!
We are regularly updating our timetable so please keep checking on timings - and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

1 Class - Pay As You Go

(£5/session for members)
*Please note: All of our monthly pricing is based off a 48 week year (averaging at 4 weeks each month). The reason for this is to allow for 4 weeks ‘off’ during the year - for example Christmas, coach/client Holidays, any unforeseen issues etc. It goes without saying that you will always get a minimum of at least the sessions you have paid for!
