With our one to one training everything is uniquely designed for you. We will use all of the information from your initial discussions and assessments to create your plan based on your wants, needs and goals. All client programmes are designed for the long term, while also delivering on short term goals and needs too.
Every client gets:
completely personalised programming (including any sessions outside of your 1:1)
Nutritional guidance and suggestions
Lifestyle and behavioural recommendations
With our one to one training everything is uniquely designed for you. We will use all of the information from your initial discussions and assessments to create your plan based on your wants, needs and goals. Not all sessions have to be in the gym either. Depending on your situation we can utilise everything at our disposal to give you what you need. It may be a stretching and mobility session, focus on breathing, or we can even mix it up completely and play some tennis (not a completely random idea - Ben used to play county level tennis!)
One to one personal training is well suited for those who are either just starting their fitness journey (focusing developing solid technique, building confidence and a sustainable approach), those with very specific and individual goals, or even simply those who prefer the more focused environment of one to one training.
