Introducing Balance

 

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to have a read, and welcome to the new website for Balance.

We are based out of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, and our aim here at Balance is to try and cut through all the noise and confusion currently surrounding health, fitness and wellbeing to give simple and effective advice. There is so much conflicting information available for many different reasons (one for another post!), that it can become completely overwhelming and let’s be honest, confusing. We aim to change that.

Articles that we post on this site will span across much more than just training in the gym, and will look more widely into areas that we think are really important - and often overlooked - in helping someone feel good and function as well as they can. From stress to sleep, breathing to running, hopefully you will find some useful information that you can take away and actually use! We believe that there are some fundamentals that every single person should be able to achieve, and these underpin our approach to working with you, our clients.
